Save student-written essays as TEXT requirements with scholarships.submitApplicationRequirementV2. You don't need the AI operations to support essay scholarships.

The Apply page documents the TEXT payload. Add the operations below only if your product generates AI-assisted drafts.

If your application flow does not support essays, exclude scholarships with TEXT requirements from the list:

Call the personalization question and answer operations, then call scholarships.generateEssay. After the student reviews the draft, save the edited text with scholarships.submitApplicationRequirementV2.
